And the verdict is....

Last week, I finally finished reading The Hunger Games. Although I found the whole book somewhat disturbing, and when "the games" first started it, reading kind of made my stomach hurt, I really enjoyed it. The main character Katniss, was so tough and brave. I kept reading to see what she was going to do next. There was a bit of a love story with her and Peeta, which of course kept my attention. The ending was a MAJOR cliff hanger so I am lucky to have the last two books installed and ready to go on my Kindle! I am also very excited for the movie to come out, this might be one that the hubby will actually see with me!

On Saturday, the hubby and I stayed in for a quiet night of takeout from our favorite restaurant/bar and rented a movie. We wanted to rent Crazy Stupid Love, but Red Box did not have it, so I was able to talk the hubby into renting Bad Teacher. I have been dying to see this movie. I love Justin Timberlake and, working in a school I figured it would give me a good laugh. It was just okay.....I am glad that I waited to see this one at home instead of in theaters. Cameron Diaz's character was so unlikeable in my option throughout the entire movie. She was shallow and rude and I honestly did not find her too funny.

I am now reading Catching Fire, the second book in The Hunger Games trilogy. I am not too far into it yet because I have been having a hard time finding time to read lately. Hopefully over Thanksgiving break I'll be able to dive more into it!

Love love love,
