I Bleed Blue and White

I headed to PSU this weekend to visit my brother, Kevin, and partake in some fun! I though the weather would hold us back from going, but we braved the storm and made it to State College safely right before the weather took a turn for the worse.

Instead of heading out to tailgate in the snowy cold weather, we brought the tailgate indoors to Kevin's apartment. It was lots of fun relaxing and spending time with some of my favorite people. 

PSU won and the snow stopped, so we went out to celebrate, but returned back to the apartment by 10:30! 


At this point of my life, I don't have much of a desire to go out all night and party (especially after partying all day!). This weekend really made me feel old. 


It is hard going back to PSU and spending time there not being a student. State College was my home for two of the best years of my life. It is the place where I turned my friends into my family. The streets there are filled with so many memories, and when I am there I can only think about all of the good times that we spent there. 


Being there this weekend really made me miss my friends and my youth, but more then that it made me look forward to my future. I really truly look forward to taking my kids there one day to share with them the love that my hubby and I feel when we are there. One day.....but not too soon!!!
