Drive

Friday night the hubby and I stayed in and we rented Drive. 
I was pretty excited to finally be watching this movie. I couldn't wait for the action, the drama, and of course Ryan Gosling.

The hubby LOVED Drive, and I wish I could report that this movie was fantastic, but it definitely was not. It was kind of horrible actually.


There was far less action then I had anticipated. I was looking forward to some really great car chasing scenes, but there were maybe, maybe three in the entire move. There was a lot of violence, which I don't mind, but it was very graphic, gory, and disgusting. People were being brutally killed, there was A LOT of blood. Also, the movie was lacking dialogue. The characters barely said a word, instead cheesy 80s music played. Ryan Gosling would just stand there looking suave and smirking. 


The only good thing about Drive was that you got to stare at Ryan Gosling for the entire two hours.
