"You gotta friend in me....."

Next to family, friends are the second best thing in life. Most of my friends are actually an extension of my family. I love them like brothers or sisters, and no matter how much time passes, we can always pick right up from where we left off.....

One of my best friends, Allie, came to visit last night with her boyfriend. Seeing her made me realize how much is missing from my life. 

All of my friends live about an hour away (WITHOUT traffic!) and we don't get to see each other nearly enough! It makes me sad not being able to schedule a random lunch dates or trips to the gym together. Living in THE Lehigh Valley, I have not made many connections with other females, especially anything remotely like what I have with my PSU girls.

I believe it is harder to find good girl friends then it is to find a significant other. They don't have any web sites out there to find besties! 

Allie and I got to catch up on our lives. I got to try to talk her and her boy-toy to relocate to THE Lehigh Valley and we also discovered our new favorite drink! Vodka and club soda with a lemon and a lime.....quite refreshing (and low cal).....

I cannot wait to do it again!

Outlet shopping in March???
