My mom and my in-laws came with us to check out the place. As they were looking around I felt like I was already showing them around our home. Everyone seemed to understand why we liked this house so much.
After everyone got a good look around, and some minor discussion, hubby and I decided to jump right in with an offer. We will find out tomorrow if the seller is going to counter our offer or if she will accept.
The champaign will be chilling either way because I feel pretty confident that we will be able to come to a settlement with the seller eventually!
