What a glorious day!

I had a personal day today because the Mr. and I had our home inspection! We had to be there at 9am and were in store for a fun filled morning filled with checking out our house from top to bottom. Everything went pretty well. The inspectors commented many times that they couldn't believe in how good of shape the house was because it is pretty old. There were a few small glitches that need to be fixed, but other then that our biggest problem is going to be the AC. We already talked to our realtor and have come up with a plan!


We are super excited! As it looks right now, we will be closing and be official homeowners June 17!! Can't wait to have a backyard BBQ!!




In other news....after the inspection the hubby and I ran to the mall (I needed a watch battery) and I finally found my fedora for the beach!!
