It's that time again.....major workout funk! I am soooooo extremely bored of working out that it pains me to go to the gym!
Once again I switched up my workout and have been using the elliptical after hearing my knee cracking as I was walking and running.
I have no idea how to get myself motivated again. It feels so good after a day of healthy eating to hit the gym and have a great workout. I know this. And I also know that a 30 minute workout is super easy and scheduled into my everyday routine. I just can't get my head in the game.
I have so many weddings, 4 of which I'm in and one that is at the beach, so I CANNOT let myself go. I must must must find the motivation somewhere to keep going......
I wish I had a workout buddy. SOMEONE to help keep me motivated. Someone with the same goals, and a positive attitude who I could workout with. They have dating websites, why not friend finders? Hummm.....

ReplyDeleteI need a workout buddy, too!! It's really hard for my hubby and I to go together because of our work schedules. Too bad we aren't neighbors!
