Motivational Monday

With the weather turning much much colder, and me being a very big wimp, I will be working out indoors for awhile! Aside from taking a class here and there, my treadmill is my best friend. My dear hubby got it for me as an early birthday present after we moved into our home. When we were looking for a home, having a place for a treadmill was something that was very important to the both of us, so we were very lucky in finding this place.  


It's almost as if that little corner was made for a treadmill. 


Typically when I am running indoors I like to watch some of my favorite TV shows that I DVRed such as Jersey Shore, Real Housewives, Teen Mom, just to name a few! But sometimes I like to listen to music and do a little run/dance combo. Now this combo probably isn't the safest thing since I am clumsy and have fallen off a treadmill once (or twice before)....oops! But when I am listening to music it is almost impossible for me not to dance and sing along. (I must look like a nut when I run around the neighborhood!)


Right now I am obsessed with a few songs and they are keeping me motivated during my workout.

  1. I wish I had read this post yesterday! Took me forever to get motivated for my run- I made a new playlist but it was kind of boring! Thanks for the new tunes:)

  2. I wish I was as dedicated as you! I just absolutely hate to work out! I can only workout if it's a "fun thing," like hiking, etc.
