Motivational Monday

I am a person of habit. My life revolves around a schedule and I wouldn't want it any other way. Be it my normal daily schedule, my workout schedule, or attending church weekly, if I plan it out in my mind I know that it will get done. Habits are all mental and I read that it takes about three weeks to change your habits. Once you talk yourself into changing it, you are set!


I really need to come up with a better schedule for myself in the morning. I have the habit getting lost on Pinterest and "blogger land" and tend to run late for work every single day! Oops!

  1. Love this! I need to start making some good habits! I've been trying to have quiet time with God in the morning, but snooze always tries to win!!

  2. I am so with you... but getting that routine is tough when you have a job that changes everyday! But, no more excuses for me, I need to get my butt in gear! ;)
