Motivational Monday
I am a person of habit. My life revolves around a schedule and I wouldn't want it any other way. Be it my normal daily schedule, my workout schedule, or attending church weekly, if I plan it out in my mind I know that it will get done. Habits are all mental and I read that it takes about three weeks to change your habits. Once you talk yourself into changing it, you are set!
I really need to come up with a better schedule for myself in the morning. I have the habit getting lost on Pinterest and "blogger land" and tend to run late for work every single day! Oops!

ReplyDeleteI am so with you... but getting that routine is tough when you have a job that changes everyday! But, no more excuses for me, I need to get my butt in gear! ;)
