Smells like spring

The weather was absolutely perfect today so I had to run outside after work. The hubby and I will hopefully get house 2 and will be relocating from this area so I wanted to take advantage of it while I can! I decided to weave in and out of the neighborhood. As soon as I hit the sidewalks I was greeted with the sweet smell of spring lilacs. 


I have always loved lilacs. Growing up at my parents' house they had a huge lilac tree in the backyard. I remember bringing in branches for my mom.

The weather was perfect for a run and my indurance and shins were corporating with me so I was able to enjoy my run. It was the perfect ending to the week. Love love LOVE.
